I am honoured to lead Manor Hall Academy Trust – a Trust with a big heart, where everyone belongs, learns, and grows.

Our Trust is more than just a collection of schools; it is a family of communities, connected by a shared ethos and a belief in the power of education to change lives. Rooted in specialist education and proud of our expertise in supporting the most vulnerable children and young people, we believe that the values we uphold—excellence, mutual respect, and high expectations—are the foundation for success in every school, for every learner.

At Manor Hall, everyone matters. Every child, every family, every member of staff belongs here. We nurture environments where individuals feel valued and where learning and growth are possible for all. Our vision empowers schools to thrive with genuine autonomy, balanced by collaboration and collective accountability. Our governance model ensures that every school feels part of something bigger, yet remains true to its own identity.
