RADY Pledge
Our setting pledges to take the following steps to make sure all children have the best chance of future success:
- We will quickly identify any differences in what our children can or cannot do when compared to those who get lots more support at home.
- We will make sure that our policies are equitable and say how we may need to give extra to some of our children to help them do as well as their peers.
- All our interactions with children and families will be equitable. Some children and families will get more from us.
- We will check that all our learners are taking part in everything we offer, including ‘extras’.
As a result of putting this pledge into action, all our staff will understand what equity means.
